We recognize that the ongoing hate-based violence against the Asian, Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community is a source of trauma and can have a negative impact on mental health and day to day functioning for people in this community, even if they are not directly on the receiving end of this violence. Please join us to learn more about the impact of oppression-based trauma on mental health and strategies for healing and empowerment.
