Hello! My name is Jenell, and I am a Clinical Case Manager here at the Center for Counseling
and Psychological Services (CAPS). In my role as a clinical case manager, I focus on connecting
students to personal care on and off campus. I am committed to supporting the well-being and
success of our university’s diverse student population. With my educational background in Social Work, my passion naturally lies in assisting individuals facing unique challenges, particularly in the realm of mental health, academic stressors, everyday life stressors, and personal growth. My role is all about tailored care and guidance, focusing on your unique needs and holistic wellness. By collaborating with the
University’s many different resources—both on and off campus—I strive to ensure students
have the best support available.
